Welcome to Florida's Space Coast
We are centrally located just 15 minutes from beautiful beaches, the Brevard Zoo, and the USSSA Space Coast Complex, about 35 minutes from Cape Canaveral, and about 1 hour from the Orlando airport, DisneyWorld, & Universal Studios.
This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath guesthouse is located on the magnificent grounds of the owner's primary residence. Guests will have access to incredible amenities including multi-sport court with pickle ball, basketball, and batting cage plus a separate full sized tennis court and private above ground pool.
Both bedrooms have queen beds and an additional twin bed can be made up in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and there is a washer/dryer. The living room has a leather home theatre sectional with 4 reclining seats and 75 inch HDTV with Amazon Fire Stick.

ABOUT Moon Landing Rentals, LLC
Moon Landing is a play on our location on the Space Coast of Florida and the Mooney Family name. Your hosts are Daniel & Renee Mooney. Since moving to Melbourne we have completely rebuilt our primary residence and now have formed Moon Landing Rentals to offer our guesthouse and multiple spectacular amenities to our renters. We had been hosts on VRBO for several years with properties on the New Jersey shore and we are now proud to offer bookings of this newly renovated guesthouse directly through our own website. We are experienced rental owners, former VRBO Premier Partners, and former members of VRBO’s Community Advisory Committee. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and even have a full time property manager on site should any issues arise during your stay.
